Hardware¶

Drone Grid has been tested with only one hardware configuration as of today, although there have been many successful flights with that single configuration :) In theory, the system should work with other companion computers and Pixhawk flight controllers (this is one of the many project goals) running PX4 - this of course needs to be tested thoroughly.

Each configuration will contain the used components, setup instructions and recommendations. The templates may later be generalized to extract companions into their own separate configurations if they can be reused across drone platforms. For now they are in one document for simplicity.
